Over the years I’ve come to realise that shooting people is the aspect of photography that puts a smile on my face.
What better occasion than an Indian wedding to nurture this passion!! Indian weddings are an amalgamation of people, colours and emotions. A potpourri of moments! These moments are made up of people and their emotions and that’s what memories are - a collection of all those moments!
It’s always a proud feeling whenever I’m chosen to shoot someone’s wedding. It’s an extremely important decision for a couple and their family to place their trust in someone to create memories of one of the biggest days of their lives. A decision I take very seriously. It’s this commitment that has taken me across India to shoot Maharashtrian, Sindhi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil and Malayalam weddings, be part of families and their lives and make friends who enjoy my pictures years after the big day.
I like to be understated, quiet and (hopefully) invisible. All the while ensuring I am around the big moments. I invite you to take a look at some of the wedding images I’ve shot over the years. I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoyed shooting them :)
