My name is Chinmoy, co-founder and lead photographer at www.scarletweddings.com. I live in Bangalore with my lovely wife Ridhima and two beautiful girls - Auhona and Anuhya.
I am Bengali by name, Rajasthani by birth, belong to UP and being the son of an Army officer, grew up across the country.
I speak quite a few languages, Tamil being my favourite :)
My girls are 9 and 4 respectively, incredibly naughty, very smart and colossally lazy. :)
My wife is a Maharashtrian from Mumbai who swears by local trains, Juhu, Gola's and Linking Road!!! She's the love of my life and my pillar of strength.
I also work as a full time IT professional. You thought I live in Bangalore coz I love the traffic !!?? :)))
I'd chuck my job and turn into a full time photographer in a flash, but the grind of making daily PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports is just irresistible ;-)

Well what can I say…? I like to shoot pictures of people….especially people expressing an emotion. And what better place to find loads of people and a lifetime of emotions than at an Indian wedding!!??
Weddings in India are crowded, colorful, happy, emotional and momentous occasions where I get get the honor of being the person who makes it feel so beautiful years later.
On the flip-side, I also love my solitude. I like to drive to the mountains, spend time with myself and shoot pictures of daily life and some landscape whenever and where ever I travel.
